The holidays are a special time of year, but it is one that is near and dear to Sade and Bernard. It is where their journey to husband and wife began. Bernard proposed to Sade on a magical Christmas night after a divine dinner with her parents. Let the wedding bells and planning begin!
While searching for a classic yet modern venue, Sade and Bernard had two deciding factors. The first was the desire of location. They were looking to host their ceremony and reception in the same location to accommodate their guests. The second factor was the decor. The decor at the Palmetto Club, “gives an intimate and romantic aura, “as Sade described. With those factors, Sade and Bernard found just what they were looking for here at the Palmetto Club.
They personalized their big day with hues of cobalt and turquoise blues and pops of pink. It created a classic and relaxed atmosphere that Sade and Bernard were able to share with their guests and each other.
Sade and Bernard’s Classic-Modern theme was about to meet a little island flair. “We were looking for a variety of food and a little island flair.” Puff ’n Stuff Catering, the exclusive caterer to the Palmetto Club, created a customized menu suited to Sade and Bernard’s taste. Their island flair menu included Chicken Champagne with Smoked Gouda and Caramelized Onions in a Cream Sauce and Glazed and Grilled Smoked Raspberry and Chipotle Salmon. Delicious!
Sade said, “The day was perfect and so much fun.” However, Sade and Bernard said they would not miss the planning. Their advice to other Tampa Bay couples, “Get a wedding planner! Having our wedding planner was a blessing and made wedding planning a little less stressful.”
With the help of their wedding planner, the Palmetto Club, and Puff’n Stuff Catering, Sade and Bernard were able to fully enjoy their big day. As Sade said, “the best part was dancing the night away”.
Congratulations Sade and Bernard!
